WASHINGTON RESIDENCE

I specifically remember this client saying, "I want to travel from my house to our pavilion without getting my shoes or feet wet" and I thought...I feel that sista!

Wet grass blades on bare feet is a weird feeling to me too!  She also wanted to give her dated paver patio a facelift and upgrade her plant package around their pool.

The first thing I started with was navigation.  Getting from point A to point B.  Guiding guests where to go as they arrive for gathering, is a super important aspect when you have a client that entertains.  Next up we ripped up the old patio (and thank goodness we did, it had an improper base that would have eventually caused the patio to bulk up or cave in).  We also brought the paver patio "out of the ground" per say with columns that really gave the space its own identity.

Landscape lighting is truly the icing on the cake for any installation project and I'm glad this client chose this enhancement.

As someone that loves to garden, this homeowner will tackle the plant package on their own as time allows.
